TRANSPORTABLE PORTERTANK CONTAINERS-DISPENSERS APPROVED BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND NAVIGATIONS IN CONFORMITY WITH THE CURRENT ADRNREGULATIONS ON THE TRANSPORT OF HAZARDOUS GOODS.

The Portertanks are made of carbon steel and electrostatically powder coated on the outside (rust proof) in a kiln, after undergoing a blasting treatment in grey.They are equipped with a strong structure to protect them from knocks and overturning.Portertanks can be easily moved as they are fitted with lifting hooks and spaces on all four sides for a fork lift truck.

PORTERTANKS ARE EQUIPPED WITH:

  • Metal box with key lock containing a 12 or 24 Volt c.c. rotary wing motor pump with 30-40 or 60-70 l/min flow rate, incorporated by-pass, 5 m of carbopress pipe with automatic gun, line filter, leds and connection cables
  • Litre counter (optional)
  • Output flange with 1″1/4 counterflange cover (1” for the 265)
  • Inside wave break bulkheads (only for PT615-915)
  • 3” pad lockable fast coupling load
  • Hatch ext. diam. 400 mm with gasket and bolts
  • Aluminium, 2” diam safety valve in compliance with the law
  • Fusible plug to protect against inside fires
  • Commissioning/initial inspection certificate, issued by licensed body
  • Use and maintenance hand book
